INVITATION: JEUDI 5 JUIN 2014 / GALERIE ARTCUBE – PARIS

La Fondation organise, avec la galerie ARTCUBE (Place Fürstemberg, Paris 6ème), une exposition exceptionnelle à partir du jeudi 5 juin 2014, à 19h, à l’occasion des commémorations liées aux 70 ans de la disparition du Commandant Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (voir l’invitation attachée).

Cette exposition, au bénéfice de nos actions caritatives en faveur de la jeunesse, présentera des œuvres inédites des artistes suivants, amis et mécènes de la Fondation: Jean-Charles de CASTELBAJAC, Cyril Phan aka KONGO, Don MULLAN, Manolo CHRETIEN, Vincent NGUYEN et Jean-Marc de PAS.

Au cours de cette exposition, nous présenterons notamment les deux panneaux d’avion, offerts par la compagnie AIR FRANCE, que nous avons confiés aux artistes Cyril Phan aka KONGO, célèbre artiste du mouvement Graffiti et Manolo CHRÉTIEN, talentueux photographe et plasticien, fils de l’astronaute Jean-Loup CHRÉTIEN, afin de réaliser deux œuvres originales en hommage à l’écrivain-aviateur au profit de nos actions de bienfaisance. Par ailleurs, le célèbre créateur Jean-Charles de Castelbajac a offert deux aquarelles inédites du Petit Prince, afin qu’elles soient vendues au profit de notre Fondation.

Située en plein cœur de Saint-Germain-des-Prés, place Furstemberg, la galerie Artcube, partenaire de cette exposition singulière, est pleinement dédiée à l’art contemporain. Créée par Jonathan Gervoson, Artcube organise des expositions liant amateurs d’art et collectionneurs auprès d’artistes montants et confirmés, peintres et photographes notamment.

The Foundation is organising with the gallery Artcube (Place de Furstemberg, Paris 6th arrondissement), a special exhibition starting on Thursday, 5 June 2014, at 7pm, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the disappearance of Major Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (see invite attached).

This exhibition, benefitting the Foundation’s charitable activities for youth, will present new works by the following artists, friends and patrons of the Foundation: Jean-Charles de CASTELBAJAC, Cyril Phan aka KONGO, Don MULLAN, Manolo CHRETIEN, Vincent NGUYEN et Jean-Marc de PAS.

During this exhibition, the Foundation will present, notably, two aircraft panels, offered by the airline Air France, which it entrusted to the artists Cyril Phan aka Kongo, well-known graffiti artist, and Manolo Chrétien, talented photographer-artist and the son of astronaut Jean-Loup Chrétien, in order to create two original artworks paying tribute to the writer-aviator in favour of the Foundation’s charitable projects. In addition, famous fashion designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac has offered two never-before-seen watercolours of the Little Prince, which will be sold in favour of the Foundation.

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the gallery Artcube, partner of this unique exhibition, is entirely dedicated to contemporary art. Founded by Jonathan Gervoson, Artcube organises exhibitions linking art lovers and collectors with young and established artists, notably painters and photographers. Artcube also brings together companies and artists around various projects.
